“Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality, while holding the sacred responsibility to guide communities toward dignity, justice and lasting harmony.”

~ Warren Bennis
About us

A pan-African & non-profit

Transformative Generation Africa is committed to shaping young people into effective ambassadors for peace and security, and community development.

It was founded on the belief that youth energy can be transformed into constructive power — not protest alone, but seats on committees, briefs on desks, and projects that outlast a funding cycle.

Vision

A future where young people are the primary architects of peacebuilding, innovation, governance and sustainability.

Mission

To empower, equip, and position African youth as central actors in decision-making processes, fostering sustainability solutions, integrity, and proactive peacebuilding across Africa.
